Design Manager (Head Office)
Kerman Contracting (Monadelphous Group) is seeking a Design Manager to join our Head Office team.

Your Roles, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and lead all design and engineering aspects of a project
- Facilitate value engineering and design kick-off meetings
- Establish the SDRL/Deliverables list and ensure each team member is accountable for providing delegated deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Facilitate weekly design coordination meetings across all disciplines
- Incorporate Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental (WHSE) requirements into the design process, including SID, HAZID, and HAZOP reviews, ensuring outcomes are implemented
- Resolve interface issues between disciplines, including raising technical queries and communicating resolutions to all stakeholders
- Lead Client and Contractor meetings to resolve technical engineering issues
- Present design solutions to clients during design reviews and workshops
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of technical information across internal teams, contractors, and clients
- Review drawings to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement preventative measures
- Perform additional duties as required to support operational requirements
- Provide design and engineering input to the estimating and new business teams
About you:
- Engineering Degree
- 10+ year experience in a similar position
- Experience in working with multiple discipline projects
- NPI Experience is highly regarded
