We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our growing business. This position will require you to oversee the negotiation, establishment and management of multiple contracts related to the Company's projects. This is a corporate position reporting directly to the Managing Director and working at our head office, located in Applecross.

Your Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities:
As part of the Senior Management Team you will make a significant contribution to the development and implementation of strategies that shape the performance of the business. You will be responsible for;
- The identification, documentation and mitigation of contractual and commercial risks on projects,
- The development and documentation of our pre-contract contractual and commercial position for submission with our tenders,
- Negotiation and documentation of contract terms both upstream and downstream,
- Active participation in the review of tenders before submission,
- Maintenance and improvement of contract management systems and training of employees in their implementation
- Mentoring and at times directly assisting contract administrators and advising project managers on projects regarding contractual and commercial matters with regard to both cost and time,
- Direct involvement in resolving large and complex contractual and commercial matters on projects, when they arise and knowing when to engage external legal and expert representation,
- Active participation in monthly project reviews from a contractual and commercial perspective, and
- Contributing to the overall management of the business as part of the senior management team.
