Kerman Contracting is currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ongoing contract administration, focusing on head contract management. This role will see your working at our head office located in Applecross, on a permanent fulltime basis.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and/or review of downstream tender packages.
- Selection of appropriate downstream forms of agreement, negotiation and drafting of final terms for downstream contracts, with due consideration of risk allocation and upstream obligations.
- Preparation of contractual correspondence and provision of contractual advice.
- Preparation and agreement of payment claims, notification and pricing of variation claims/EOT claims & management of registers.
- Preparation of contractual correspondence and provision of contractual advice.
- Maintenance of registers for variations, claims, insurances, securities, etc.
- Assessment, certification and processing of payment claims.
- Forecasting of cost and revenue on a monthly basis.
- Provide appropriate guidance and coaching to CAs and other team members.
About you:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- 5+ years’ experience in the Construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary construction projects.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook).
